Big Bang member T.O.P will be making his return to the big screen as a flower-boy agent.
T.O.P has recently been confirmed for a role in the upcoming film, ‘Alumnus‘ and is in the process of fine-tuning the details.
This will be the rapper’s first movie since filming ‘Into The Fire‘ back in 2010, where he played the role of a student soldier in the movie. That same year, he was awarded the ‘Best Rookie Award’ for his acting abilities.
‘Alumnus’ will be directed by Park Shin Woo, and it is about a young individual whose father is a spy for North Korea and sent to the South. In order to save his little sister, he decides to become an agent and travel to the South as well. T.O.P will play the role of a high school student who will take out the spies dispatched to the South.
Not only has T.O.P already developed a major fan base as a member of Big Bang, he has also been acknowledged for his acting talents, and is expected to draw that much more attention with this new project. The rapper will begin filming in of July 2012.
